  Purchased a 8x10 area rug that offered a free padding. The rug received did not remotely resemble the picture posted on the web. Since the company does not offer free return, the return cost $180.00. The return policy stated that I needed to return all free items (i.e.padding) so it was promptly returned with the carpet. The company claimed that the padding is not the one they had sent so they deducted $50 from the refund. If the padding were not the one they had sent, where would I have gotten the padding?? Went out and purchased one to send back?? I have no time to pursue this further but very frustrating and disappointing...
